Duties Include:

• File and maintain all misdemeanor (some felony) cases for collection of all Fines and Court Costs.
  
• Draft a three month contract for defendant to comply according to court order.
  
• Collect payments for fines and court cost.
  
• Respond to state mandated collections procedures when the defendent fails to comply.
