Commissioners' Court meetings are held every Tuesday at 9:00 AM except the second Tuesday of each month where it will be held at 9:30 AM in the Hidalgo Administration Building located at 100 East Cano St Edinberg, Tx 78539.

Hidalgo County Subdivision Advisory Board meetings are held every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. at the Commissioners' Courtroom at the Hidalgo County Administration Building.

The County Clerk is the clerk of the Commissioners' Court. The clerk is responsible for attending and recording all Commissioners' Court meetings and workshops. The County Clerk is also responsible for attending and recording all Subdivision Advisory Board meetings and workshops. The clerk must transcribe all meetings and submit for Court/ Board approval.
