Criminal Department Fee Schedule

  • County Courts at Law No. One, Two, Four, Five and Six.
  • File and maintain all misdemeanor cases filed in Hidalgo County.
  • Mail out Notices of Arraignment to all Defendant and notices to all Bondsmen.
  • Process all defendants when reporting to Court.
  • File and maintain all NISI (failure to appear in court) and Bond Forfeitures.
