property. This would also include instruments that facilitate or restrict transfer of property. (Warranty Deeds, Federal
and State Tax Liens, Releases, Cemetery Deeds, Trustee's Deed, Foreclosures, Judgments, Subdivision Plats, Financing
Statements, etc...)

Filing Fees:
$16.00 for the first page
$4.00 for each additional page
